The static demo does not send booking or contact form details to a booking server. Trip details entered on the homepage may be held briefly in this browser’s session storage to open the booking form, then removed. Contact information is held only in page memory. Closing or reloading the booking page clears that form state.

Website hosting receives the ordinary network information needed to serve a page. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; self-host approved font files before launch if required by the business’s privacy choices. Booking analytics are disabled by default. Do not enter real payment details in this preview.

Before accepting real customer information

The business must identify its legal operator and privacy contact; explain information collected, purposes, service providers, sharing with assigned drivers, retention periods, customer choices, security practices, and any applicable consent requirements. The final notice must match actual operations.

Marketing and trip messages

The form keeps optional marketing consent separate from booking-related acknowledgments. Production notifications, preference handling, unsubscribe controls, and consent records must be implemented before they are offered.
