A request is the first step

The configured booking model is request-based. Trip submission alone does not confirm availability, the final vehicle, or the fare. A real reservation requires explicit business confirmation. This preview does not transmit reservations.

Vehicle categories and the driver network

Category photographs are representative. The service coordinates Chicago-based drivers who own their vehicles. Exact makes, models, capacities, amenities, and any requested arrangements require confirmation.

Terms to finalize before launch

The business must approve its legal name, operator contact, service coverage, reservation acceptance rules, fare inclusions, taxes and fees, payment timing, pickup instructions, waiting time, flight delays, no-shows, cancellations, refunds, accessibility arrangements, child-seat arrangements, and dispute process.

Payments

Real payments must use an approved secure hosted checkout. Do not email card information or enter it in a special request. A request, confirmation, and payment are separate states.
